Conference Abstract：

In November 2013, the first Innovation and Global Industrial Development Forum, sponsored by Hubei Research Center for Scientific and technological Innovation and Economic Development(STIED), opened in Wuhan, Hubei Province. STIED Center Director, Prof.Wei long（Dean of the School of Economics）, Dean Assistant Prof.Huang Huiping, Prof.Zhao Yulin, Prof.Zhao Hongzhong, Associate Prof.Han Shucheng, Associate Prof.Wang Fang, Associate Prof.Shan Yuanyuan and Associate Prof.Liu Chunhui attended the opening ceremony.More than 100 scholars, doctorates and masters from governments, enterprises, schools and research institutions at home and abroad attended the seminar. Director and President Wei long delivered the opening speech. Director Zhu Xiaohai of the Price Division of the National Development and Reform Commission, Prof.Zhang Xueyong of the Central University of Finance and Economics, Prof.Wei Ping of Central South University, and Associate Prof.Han Shucheng of Wuhan University of Technology.
